The Attempt on Trump: Dissecting an Inside Job

On Saturday afternoon, while en route to a birthday party for an older family member in northwest Georgia, my texts and private messaging apps began receiving multiple messages: “Trump Shot.” One friend sent a clip of the incident. At first glance, it appeared as though the shots may have come from within the crowd, behind Trump. Another angle appeared to show Trump was hit, while another showed it may have missed. As with any such incident, rumors flew all around as to the details. Eventually, throughout the next day, the dust settled, and the information began to solidify. The details tell me this was an attempted assassination sanctioned by government operators.

Here is what we know are “the facts”: a 20-year-old loner with no discernable social media or political footprint drove approximately an hour from his home in western Pennsylvania, identified a perfect sniper’s perch that placed him 130 meters parallel of President Trump, climbed onto the rooftop of the perch, and fired eight rounds from a semiautomatic rifle at the former president, barely missing Trump’s head (tragically killing and wounding others). The Secret Service sniper on a parallel rooftop approximately 200 meters from the shooter, killed the would-be assassin.  Let’s break this down.

Thomas Matthew Crooks, the young man who attempted to kill Trump, had no military training. Yet again, like almost every other young, White male shooter, Discord was the only site in which he appears to have had any online presence. Friends of Crooks said that he continued to wear a mask after the Covid “pandemic” was deemed over (masks are generally a sign of a leftwing bias). ABC News initially reported that Crooks was a member of a local “anti-racist” gun club in the Pittsburgh area, but there have been no additional reports on the “anti-racist” element. Regardless, Crooks had no military training, nominal social interaction, and possible gun training through his gun club. How does an untrained man slip through the Secret Service and multiple law enforcement agencies, climb a wall with a rifle, and take eight shots at a major political candidate before being noticed? He doesn’t.

More importantly is the geography of the attack. Crooks was not a local resident. He lived approximately 50 miles away. The rally, while advertised among the Trump voting crowd, was not a highly marketed event. It was a modest rally by Trump standards in a swing state just prior to the Republican National Convention. If Crooks had no real online presence, it is reasonable to ask the following question: how did a young man with nominal interaction online know enough about the rally venue to place himself less than 150 meters from the president on a building located in an area of which he had no comprehensive knowledge? Unfortunately, he is dead, so we will never know.

I have been to Trump rallies when he was president. The security was tight. Myself – a trained Marine, former government employee, and later government contractor who operated in more than seventy-five countries – had no previous knowledge of the rally’s schematics. Crooks somehow knew enough about the rally venue that he was able to position himself parallel to Trump. More importantly, Crooks had no connection to the town, or the rally place itself. He not only knew where to position himself, he knew the perfect building upon which to place himself.

Several reports stated that Trump rally attendees pointed at the young man on the roof and yet, it took at least thirty minutes for law enforcement to send someone to investigate. That could be forgiven IF the Secret Service or another law enforcement body had a protective sniper in that spot [i.e., civilians reporting the presence of an undercover LEO is not uncommon]. There was no law enforcement agency claiming that mantle or position, right? Maybe so.

Those kinds of perimeter positions are discussed in detail with law enforcement personnel to ensure there is no friendly fire among officers due to mistaken identity. In other words, they would have known immediately that someone was not supposed to be on that roof… unless someone said they would be there. If a member of the Sevcret Service stated he would be on that roof, it is then reasonable to dismiss the rally attendees’ concerns. It would also be reasonable to therefore assume that someone told other protective personnel that he/she would occupy that roof, enabling Crooks to take a position without causing concern amongst the rest of the detail and local law enforcement support. It is highly unlikely that the sniper perch that ultimately took out Crooks did not see him get onto the rooftop. You ignore that threat when you are told that the individual is one of your own.

Finally, there is the motive. I am not a fan of Trump. I also do not believe he is the threat that the Left claims him to be. In fact, I think he is the exact opposite of the descriptions attributed to Trump. However, there are some international and internal parties that are rooting for the globalist status quo. Here is my theory, for what it is worth.

In 2016, Trump took the establishment by surprise. I do not think Trump is necessarily part of the establishment or a false flag, as many on the political right believe. I think he was an accidental victor in 2016, hired by the American people as a big “screw you” to the Washington rulers and their minions. By 2020, the establishment was ready for Trump, and they pulled out all the stops – from the plandemic to the riots to the unguarded ballot boxes to the outrageous irregularities regarding computer voting machines. The extent to which the establishment went out of its way to kill the Trump presidency caught other international actors off guard – namely Russia and Israel (both friendly to a Trump presidency). They will not be caught off guard in 2024.

In a very real foreign meddling with American politics, I can envision competing intelligence agencies – Russia and Israel on one side versus American and European agencies on the other – duking it out behind the scenes. The American intelligence agencies will try to do that which they did in 2020 – steal the election – and the foreign intelligence agencies will work to stop them if, for no other reason, to create chaos in the system. This is not uncommon. Such genuine election interference happens frequently.

The belief that Biden could beat Trump in a fair election was crushed after the debate. His drugs did not kick in fast enough and everyone saw what we all knew for years: Biden is mentally deficient. The resultant turmoil within the Democratic Party forced the election back into the hands of unelected, shadowy bureaucrats. No doubt, they are likely already aware of other parties denying or attempting to deny them of the ability to electronically alter the outcomes. State actors in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Arizona likely lack the capacity to take on Russian cyber teams ironically doing more to protect American democracy than “our” own government. The fix may be in, but it is being fought behind closed doors.

Naturally, the next option was to kill Trump – which they just tried to do.

A young man with no training and a minimal online presence was put into a physical position that was a chip shot for any competent shooter. Trump turned his head a split second the shot was fired and survived. The shooting was not a failure in security. It was intentional. It was planned. And I believe they will try again.
