If you provide a person with $5,000 dollars’ worth of cocaine to sell, this is highly illegal. If this person then fails to pay you and you have a chance encounter with him, notice he’s wearing jewelry and rob him, this is a serious crime.
If your associates strike him in the head with a gun (presumably illegal) in the commission of the robbery, the seriousness escalates. If his girlfriend is also robbed by your associates, well now this is an incident that will put you behind bars for quite a while.
The fact that you orchestrated the whole thing doesn’t make you any less culpable than your associate who struck the victim in the head with the pistol. This is one of many concepts that black people aren’t able to grasp, just like the fact that trial by combat with the police isn’t a valid legal option or that they must be taken into custody in order to reach a legal resolution to their situation with the law.
To a black, the victim’s “two stitches” are what got him 25 years in prison. This is actually the way they think, I seriously doubt he was being disingenuous. The legal concepts are too much for them, and their thinking often doesn’t span chronology, so this is how he’d sincerely arrive at such a ridiculous conclusion.
Joe Rogan had this black on his show as if him getting 25 years for the robbery described above was some sort of outrage. First of all, these were whatever crimes he did that day. Whatever they get busted for is the tip of the iceberg. After all, the man admitted to being a drug dealer. What this black described was a string of felonies that would justify the sentence regardless of his life of crime (he had a prior conviction).
Moreover, it should be noted that drug prosecutions were originally designed as a mechanism to remove violent blacks from the streets since securing convictions for their mayhem was far more difficult and could only be done after the mayhem had been committed.
The principle at issue wasn’t that drugs are worse than violence, it was about preventing violence in the interest of public safety through drug prosecutions. Black drug criminals aren’t pacifists or libertarians, this entire concept of “non-violent drug crimes” is a canard for malicious purposes.
As a matter of disclosure, I didn’t listen to the whole podcast just the short clip, as I have neither the time nor the inclination for this level of nonsense. I came across the story in an article about criminal reform going horrifically wrong. Anyone of us could’ve easily predicted this sort of thing. Criminal reform is about instigating more crime by making sure more criminals stay on the streets.
During this black’s incarceration, his son randomly attacked a Chinese student who was walking down the street in NYC and chased him into oncoming traffic where he was killed by a car, for this he spent less than two years in juvenile detention. For valid reasons, nobody wants to be around blacks. If only he’d been busted for some drugs, which were undoubtedly part of his lifestyle.
Thank goodness we have The Innocence Project to get as many of them out of prison as possible. If you’re wondering about the entho-religious background of who’s in charge, let me confirm your suspicions.
White people could mostly live without the heavy hand of the law. We actually led a civilized existence for millennia without police, it’s just that a complex modern society with high population densities require professional law enforcement.
The libertarian thing, which is tiresome and nobody cares about anymore, does make some sense in terms of ourselves. If we had no more police, I think we’d get by alright especially since this would involve us regaining the right to individual and collective self-defense. There’d be a lot less threats about litigation, that’s for sure.
Blacks, not so much. They’d revert to literal cannibalism. They’ve probably always been doing cannibalism, but it was probably less when they were living primitive, hunter-gatherer existences with very low population densities. What we’ve seen time and time again is that when whatever whites did to take them out of this existence no longer involves white people imposing order, the cannibalism comes back.
I think it’s true that whiteness in America does inhibit blacks, but not in a bad way. Our influence and example leads them to be a bit shy about their cannibal instincts. It’s quite frowned upon in America, and only really exceptional serial killers do it. It’s basically just content for various horror movies.
In an African setting, it’s nothing of which to be embarrassed. After a coup in Liberia a few decades back, the president who’d been overthrown had pieces cut off of him alive and consumed on television, if I recall correctly. I don’t always have the time or desire to look up all of the references I make in articles but let me assure you, it’s one of their pastimes.
Haiti offers a poignant cannibal vignette. The authorities were propped up by a force sent from Kenya, which worked out as well as any of us would expect, which was about as well as letting Joe Rogan’s noble savage out of prison.
Apparently, the government has collapsed against a wave of gang violence, and viola! – cannibalism. Haitians’ innate characteristics are better predictors than those “Haiti is great already” T-shirts that shitlibs were wearing during the Trump years. “Shithole” was a pretty generous description that left the more horrific stuff out.
The thing with Haiti is that it would actually benefit Haitians and ourselves to have the U.S. military run roughshod over their sovereignty, it’s not even really a country so that’s not a big deal anyways. This is one of the few deployments I’d actually support because I’m a realist who understands that Haitians are never going to stop getting fed unless we also stop getting fed. Therefore, if we want them to stay there instead of overrunning Florida, this is the practical measure that needs to be taken.
We’ve got Israel and Ukraine, along with the general specter of global war so that’s not going to happen. I guess the plan is for them to head to Florida.
