Many things aren’t being maintained around this shithole, but there’s something important for all of us to keep intact: dignity. This is simply a matter of will, one doesn’t need any resources beyond this innate capacity which was bestowed upon each man by God. Whatever goes wrong for a man, he can still retain his dignity so long as he follows the proper course in life. Even if this course leads to him being read his own death sentence, he can still retain it.
I remember being informed over a loudspeaker when Saddam Hussein was captured, I didn’t actually realize back then what a non-villain he was in reality. Perhaps he wasn’t a gentle man, but he was an Arab trying to run a tribal Arab country located in the Middle East with other different groups thrown into the mix, so he really wasn’t anything particularly bad in this context.
As it turns out, he didn’t have any WMDs, had nothing to do with 9/11, and the notion of invading Iraq and toppling his government was so unbelievably stupid and sure to end in disaster he assumed the Bush Administration was bluffing. He’d actually been pretty much retired for a while and relying on his sane son to run the country, the other one was pretty whacked out but, like I said, this is an Arab country, so the context is critical for understanding that he was essentially a nice guy.
Saddam delivered plenty of pretty good points at his trial and was able to make the judges cringe in shame. He was adamant from the start that this was a show trial for the invaders to execute him, and told the court that he wasn’t there to try and save himself but instead his concern was for them and their dignity as sovereign Iraqis. When it came time to have his death sentence read, he refused to shut up while the chief judge tried to read it out:
Chief Judge: “Stand… Make him stand”
Saddam Hussein: “Don’t twist my arm” (speaking to the guards)
Chief Judge: “Leave him, leave him. The court decided to sentence Saddam Hussein Almajid to death.”
Saddam Hussein: “Long live the people, long live the nation, down with the traitors, down down the invaders ..Allah Akbar…(God is great). Long live the people (Iraqi people) long live the nation (Arab nation), down the traitors, down down with the invaders, go to hell, you and the court, silence for the ones should shut up. We are for it. We are the human people. The criminal invaders are the enemies of humanity and their collaborators are the enemies of humanity. God is great, God is great, silence for the ones who should shut up. I recommend the great Iraqi people to forgive the ones who chose the wrong side if they decide to come back and change their situation. I also recommend that the great people (Iraqis) should feel angry with the people from the countries that occupied Iraq and be ready to pardon them. You are not the ones who decide, you are servants of the occupation, of the invaders and their followers, God is great, life for us and death for our enemies, life for the people and death for their enemies, long live the great nation (Arab nation) and death for its enemy, long live humanity!”
That’s how it’s done. A buddy and I got arrested for a stupid prank when I was 15. We were taken back to school and perp walked with our hands cuffed behind our backs to the principal’s office in front of everyone. Maintain your composure, that’s all you really can do. When your school is 53% black, getting perp walked doesn’t really hurt your reputation anyways. Crying like Charlie Sheen in Wall Street never does any good.
Blacks aren’t often preoccupied with many concerns. They tend to live in the moment and act on impulse, so as the future consequences of present actions arrive, they can find this quite disconcerting. When they don’t appreciate their present treatment, nothing they did in the past can therefore justify it to them on an emotional level. Thus, they’ll decide that they’re not going to jail today even if they’ve already been apprehended.
Honestly, I’m exasperated that so many White people can’t grasp that their black counterparts are operating on a fundamentally different chronology. Here we can see an instructive example from Alabama. Mr. Micah Washington was simply changing a tire and not doing nothing. However, he did have in his possession a pistol, which is illegal for an ex-felon such as himself, and the arresting officer claimed that Washington had seven grams of cocaine and fentanyl.
Throw in resisting arrest on top of all of this and a White person might reasonably conclude that he had it coming. The arresting officer certainly did and told him to “shut your bitch ass up.”
However, to the black convicted felon trafficking narcotics with an illegal firearm, he would be the victim in this situation and thus wailing like a little bitch is the proper deportment. Maybe he really was changing a tire so that thing he was doing at the moment would seem like the salient issue from his perspective. Here are a couple choice comments:
“Based on the way he cried, I don’t think he is a dangerous criminal” – Alright, so this is a White person who’s never spent time around black people.
“U can tell she love her job” – My money is on this commenter being black.
Let’s read more:
Washington’s mom Toris Washington told ABC she is just glad the situation did not escalate further.
‘Mothers with young black sons please talk to them about situations like this it’s important. I just thank God the situation did not turn out worse.’
Please note she’s making a tacit admission that black mothers need to provide this tactical advice because the fathers aren’t around by the time their sons are old enough to get themselves arrested at around the age of 5 and definitely not by the age of 12 when they’ve matured into full-fledged criminals. Hell, there was a 6 year old in Newport News who nearly managed to put his teacher 6 feet under.
A naive White person would inquire why black mothers wouldn’t teach their sons not to traffic drugs and tote illegal firearms because this would enable them to avoid the arrest situation altogether. While this is true, that’s not the way it works for blacks.
So, yeah, if this guy and his friends had stayed home to play Scrabble rather than trafficking narcotics, they could still be at home right now rather than jail. But, that was never going to happen. He didn’t have to sob like a bitch, though.
I’m proud to officially announce my candidacy for the office of Dogcatcher.
I don’t always view the videos contained with your submissions. I’m glad I didn’t skip over Saddam Hussein’s testimony! Fox News never would have aired it, so my thanks to you for it. It’s eerily reminiscent of everything that went down in Nuremberg. This crap will continue so long as the masses are content to live under the dome of their own gullibility.
When Uncle Sam’s Yankee Empire minions put Jefferson Davis in jail, there are many who wanted him to be hanged like Saddam Hussein was. When I see a car tag in Mississippi which reads ‘Iraq Veteran,’ I think to myself “You’re really proud of yourself, huh?” Your so-called ‘Iraq Service’ means zero to me. You went to Iraq at the behest of a war criminal (a fake Texan), who had Confederate busts removed from the Texas capitol in the middle of the night.
Congratulations…and thanks for your ‘service’ – not.
