Virginia, Mystify Them

Always mystify, mislead, and surprise the enemy, if possible; and when you strike and overcome him, never let up in the pursuit so long as your men have strength to follow; for an army routed, if hotly pursued, becomes panic-stricken, and can then be destroyed by half their number. The other rule is, never fight against heavy odds, if by any possible maneuvering you can hurl your own force on only a part, and that the weakest part, of your enemy and crush it. Such tactics will win every time, and a small army may thus destroy a large one in detail, and repeated victory will make it invincible.

Stonewall Jackson

Any military strategist worth their salt would agree with the above quote from Stonewall. It’s hard to believe we live in a timeline where Jackson’s genius is discarded, and the legacy of the man is passionately hated. But, this article is not regarding Jackson. Rather, the sons of Virginia must mystify and press their political adversaries – alien authoritarians hellbent on disarming the populace and crushing liberty. Always make your opponent react to you.

That being said, Virginia Democrats are already scheming and planning their counter-attack in response to Virginia’s rural counties rebelling. The native Virginians, leading this “soft” secession, must not stop now; at this point, Second Amendment Sanctuaries are only a superficial half-measure, potentially destined to fade away in less than six months. Threats of non-compliance from most of the Commonwealth will absolutely not deter progressive tyranny. Richmond and Northern Virginia will outlast you, or overrun you. Like Jackson, you must be nimble, quick and unpredictable. Again, mystify Governor ‘Coonman’ and his consortium of commie autocrats.

So, what must be done to continue harassing the gun-control zealots in the Commonwealth? Below are our thoughts.

Deputize the Citizenry. Now.

Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins vowed to deputize the citizens of his county, should gun-control laws become implemented by the communists in the General Assembly. This same strategy has been floated by other sheriffs in the rebelling counties. By deputizing the citizenry, they would be, as the theory holds, “shielded” from invasive anti-gun legislation, as well as, clearly illegitimate affronts to the Constitution of the Commonwealth and the Virginia Declaration of Rights.

Revealing your strategy, especially to an extremely powerful and energetic adversary, is beyond imprudent. In addition, words are much different than actions. Saying you’ll do something (the deputizing), if something happens (the gun and free speech restrictions), makes you reactive and indecisive. You are reacting to your enemy, they are driving the strategy. The Democrats were clearly caught off guard by the rapid succession of the Second Amendment Sanctuary movement in Virginia. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have foolishly mentioned deploying the National Guard on the countryside. They were rattled, they were reactive.

Every minute that we lose will cost us great losses later that we will not be able to afford. We must push forward now, otherwise we risk everything. Hurry yourself with the technical aspects, a lot of time has already been lost.

Otto Moritz Walter Model

There can be no delay in deputizing the citizenry. In concert and collaboration with each rebelling county’s commonwealth attorney, and various allied legal and law enforcement experts and organizations, sheriffs must immediately begin the deputizing process. Naturally, the solution isn’t to have Ward Cleaver or Bubba instantly patrolling backcountry roads with a makeshift badge, no training and a rarely used firearm. But, the key is to already have the process in motion now. Democrats will react, and it will likely be an overreaction and a thumb in the eye. It is imperative to make the rivals of liberty appear reckless and vindictive in the eyes of the citizenry.

Protest

The Right hates to protest. The Right is bad at protesting. Protesting is a strategy that the Right either abandoned or ignored. It’s ground on the political battlefield that the Right ceded to the Left. And, the Right continues to laud this lack of strategy and action as if it’s some sort of virtuous victory. For the Right, protesting requires strong strategic and tactical foresight and iron discipline. In today’s world, it requires Julius Caesar’s supervision, not Ayn Rand. The Left can violently, or peacefully, protest with impunity because multiple, favorable factors allow for such action; the Right has none of those benefits within the protesting model.

For clarity, those protesting “benefits” include: leftwing city strongholds that allow for the free reign of anarcho-tyranny, inept law enforcement that permit rightwing protesters to be bludgeoned by hordes of antifa, a malicious media that purposefully censors or misrepresents the protesters, capricious legal prosecutors and judges that target rightwing activists and, finally, “woke” corporations that terminate employees for their political opinions. For instance, practically all of the antifa rioters, including those that broke windows, set trashcans on fire and caused roughly $100,000 in damage at the 2017 Trump inauguration, had their charges dropped or were “miraculously” found not guilty. If the Alt-Right had done that in Washington, DC during a Hillary Clinton inauguration, her administration would have firebombed whole city blocks and blamed it on Putin and Facebook.

To effectively protest against the Northam regime, it requires delicacy and crafty stratagems – specifically, with the optics of the action. Optics are fundamental because the Left’s chief weapon of suppressing a powerful message or action is their media apparatus, traditional or social. One wrong, undisciplined move and the entire action is compromised and discredited. The endeavor is stigmatized across the country (or region) by the Left’s propoganda machine and the intellectually-stunted class of society accepts the propoganda as fundamental truth.

To protest Northam’s proposed infringements on free speech and personal defense, it requires a wholesome and disarming appearance. Firstly, the protest must be as large as possible and in Richmond, preferably as close as legally (and permitted) possible to the Governor’s Mansion. Secondly, there should be no protesters in blue tricorn hats (or a grey kepi) and open carrying an AR-15. The normie populace will view those people as crazy and needing a red-flag intervention. In fact, no protester should even be carrying a firearm, legally concealed or open. First-rate men should be reviewing the protesters, during registration, initial mobilization and during the protest, for radicals and infiltrators. They must be rooted out and removed from any demonstration.

Every county in rebellion against Richmond must provide a delegation – preferably, their sheriff and board of supervisors. The protest must be in collaboration with the National Rifle Association, Virginia Citizens Defense League and Gun Owners of America – the more, the better. Breitbart, Fox News and friendly media organizations should provide live-coverage of the protest. Good order and good optics are mandatory. The protest should include banners and placards that are centered on liberty – NOT, non-compliance and revolt. A “threatening” demonstration will sink the cause. The demonstration should include clean-cut family men and modest women (no gun-thots).

Deputizing the citizenry now and planning a coordinated and effective (and legal, mind you) protest will disrupt the Virginia Democrats. They are expecting an amateurish and toothless defense, one that can be neutralized by simply saying Second Amendment Sanctuaries are “legally non-binding.” Press them further. Mystify them.

One comment

  1. With regard to deputising citizens, somebody needs to research the laws; you know the left has. Are citizens without Basic Law Enforcement Training (or the VA equivalent ) covered under the firearm laws governing law enforcement? Can the state government override a sheriff in this? Can a sheriff be removed from office by the state or courts? Anticipate your enemy’s actions to neutralize them, the left will use “lawfare” and the right needs to have defenses in place.

    Protesting
“not showing up to riot is a failed conservative strategy ”
I forget where I read that, but it’s true. Even if a rally could be as well planned and executed as you suggest, it would still fail. The Tea Party rallies were professionally managed and huge. They also had no affect. A non threatening rally is non threatening.
People :”we don’t like your policies ”
    Gov: “so?”
    People :”…”
This was the Tea Party’s weakness, too. There was no threat and therefore no leverage, they were going to vote republican no matter what happened, they were toothless.

    “no tricorn hats”
You might as well let the boomers LARP, seeing T Jefferson get beat down by purple haired weirdos might push some normies to our side.

“Sanctuaries ” are the beginning but, absent a next step, cucking is the only option. This is a moment where a man with vision could stand up and take the lead. We’ll have to see if Stonewall shows up.
