Glad I found you. Very good conversation. Fr. Timothy Gallagher’s Discernment of Spirits (as in Ignatius’ rules for discernment) is well worth the read. A bit of a slog…he’s writes like an academic.
I’d like to hear your thoughts about violence and force as a legitimate moral preemptive option (without simply citing Just War). Duterte as a more recent example, but plenty of history to pull from.
