Virginia in Revolt!

Approximately a week ago, the count came to 22 rural (and predominantly conservative) Virginia counties that had declared themselves Second Amendment sanctuaries. As of yesterday, the total number of counties that have, ostensibly, started “light” secession has now reached 44. The Commonwealth of Virginia has a total of 95 counties. The divide between the native and conservative ruralite versus the transplant and progressive urbanite couldn’t be more clear.

One-time blackface aficionado and current Commonwealth Attorney General, Mark Herring, has rushed to the microphone to declare that legislated personal defense restrictions, proposed by Yankees, foreigners and degenerates, will be enforced and county sovereignty isn’t real. This is an interesting development; we may very well witness a constitutional and political crisis within one of the Empire’s oldest provinces.

Our question for Scallywag Herring, Esq. (born in Tennessee, sadly) is who will enforce unconstitutional Red Flag laws and other anti-liberty edicts once you proclaim more than half of the Commonwealth to be in rebellion? We suppose he and ‘Coonman’ Northam may call the State Police to arrest hundreds of sheriffs and their deputies, along with potentially thousands of deputized citizens, but imagine those optics? Authoritarians have never cared for optics, just ask Stalin and the Charlottesville City Council. But, sending a specialized unit of the Virginia State Police to draw down on the Buckingham County Sheriff’s Office for facilitating firearm training for FFA kids? That would be a bridge too far, even for the newly elected retards in Richmond.

But, what if Virginia’s infanticide-loving governor sends in the Virginia National Guard to confiscate firearms out in the backwoods?

Our thoughts are this:

  1. He won’t send in the State Police or the National Guard;
  2. It would trigger a massive constitutional crisis if he did and he doesn’t have the political capital to do so;
  3. Elements within both the State Police and National Guard may defy the Occupation Government’s illegal orders (now that’s a bad look);
  4. If he’s taking a break from praising Israel, Trump could federalize the Virginia National Guard under the nose of ‘ole Governor Coonman; and
  5. Washington will not allow this level of political, and potentially civil, strife this close to the imperial capital.

California has defied the Empire and Trump administration for years; threats mean nothing to California. Virginia Beach has been a “sanctuary city” for illegal invaders for years – nothing has happened to them, despite harboring law-breakers that murder teenagers.

For liberty minded decision-makers holding leadership positions in real Virginia, our recommendation is this – call Richmond’s bluff. Defy the Occupation Government’s unlawful orders to strip the citizenry of their First and Second Amendment rights. Drag them through the legal system, while shrugging your shoulders at their threats of paper tiger tyranny. Members of both the upper and lower houses of the General Assembly must contact friendlies within the Trump Justice Department and encourage the DOJ to bear down on the unconstitutionality of the Northam regime. You can bet you ass the liberals would be using this playbook if Republicans banned tranny drag shows for children.

Virginia is the land of Washington, Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Nathaniel Bacon, Robert E. Lee and many other first-rate men that would not yield to tyranny. Their blood is in your blood. Do not submit to forces that want the unborn dismembered, your ancestors defiled and you disarmed.

To our Virginia readers: You are the sons of the Cavaliers, you must not recoil before the sons of Alinsky.

By the time this month is over, more Virginia counties will have rebuked Richmond. Momentum is on the side of liberty.

  1. I live just over the border from Virginia in Kentucky and travel there several times each week. The people are MAD at the state government. not just over gun control but many things. their state is being ripped away from them and they do not like it. every southern state should follow their lead and thumb their nose and federal power. they only have that power because we believe them too, without our consent they would have to resort to intimidation and violence to get their way. If they do that they lose.

  2. I agree with your thoughts and sentiment but must point out one important matter: counties are NOT sovereign but are the creation of the state. States are sovereign, and the Commonwealth of Virginia is a textbook example of a state which existed BEfORE the federal government. Though often overlooked, the 10th amendment specifically addresses state sovereignty. There is no mention in the Constitution of any entity of government below the state level. So yes, Richmond could dissolve the counties and rule de facto but as you point out, Northam has neither the political capital, nor the testicular fortitude to do so.
