Secession is the Path Forward

War, conflict, rivalry, it is a story as old as history itself. When God created the nations of man he did not create them to be equal. God created men to be different from each other and preserved this because it was beautiful. Only in the devotion and worship of Christ are all men ever equal, but on God’s green earth no man is equal to one another.

Whatever the case may be, it is because of this natural inequality that conflict will continue to be the norm. Believing that all are equal, when reality shows otherwise, is arguably the most disrespectful and selfish thing one can believe. It is the sign of a weak character and weak mind, the inability to deal with the differences between men. Such a notion is disastrous to the very nature of man himself.

So long as there is respect and acknowledgement of the differences in men, and clear separation between the groups of man, there will be peace. A violation of this natural and godly order brings with it war and conflict. The violation of this order has been brewing silently for decades, like a pressure cooker. And, now the steam is starting to blow from the relief valve signalling that change approaches. Sides are being drawn, borders will be remade and history will play itself out once again.

This is a tale of two nations and secession is the only path forward for a free Southern people.

This is the story of an authoritarian empire and a subjugated, freedom-loving nation, one which only sought to live peacefully on its own. This is the story of the American Empire and Dixie. To start, one must understand the reason why both nations are different and incompatible.

When the Founding Fathers first created this experiment, it was done with the understanding that there are many things that make us different, but we would work together to forge a new future. The states were to be their own nations, but kept together for mutual protection and trade. The goal was never to create an American version of the European Union (EU), the Roman Empire or the British Empire.

“A Republic, if you can keep it.” – Benjamin Franklin, 1787

The very formation of the Old Republic, which has long since vanished, was understood to be a voluntary one. To join it, your nation (or state) must meet the minimum requirements and it must be agreed upon, both by the majority political body of your nation and the larger, national government. Texas was formerly its own independent republic, as were many other states.

It was understood that this “voluntary” union could not last, so long as those in it did not want part of it. And, that is exactly what happened – those independent states were no longer recognized and respected by the larger national government. The America of old died when Lincoln decided that his union would be maintained by force, despite there being no provision in the Constitution which prohibits states from seceding.

Fundamentally, America exists right now as approximately four separate nations. This can be observed by visiting the following regions: the South, the Northeast, “Fly-Over” Country, and the West Coast. These regions have many differences, such as the ideology and practice of states’ rights, gun control, abortion, immigration, culture, politics and a whole host of others. America has always been a nation divided, but this was, at least, marginally respected during the reconciliation period post-Reconstruction until the Civil Rights era. The melting pot is but a lie festered upon by the Empire. The Empire has the states as a clutched set of pearls. No longer are the states treated as their own countries, within a larger union, but merely just administrative functions of the Empire.

Ever since Lincoln, the only thing that has held the Empire together has been violent or political force, whether through federal intervention and invasion, case rulings by the Supreme Court or the threat of financial suffering. Even now, we see more states, even leftists ones like California, come to realize this. This is one of the reasons I support initiatives such as the California secessionist movement. It is also why I support Southern independence.

Many falsely assume newly separated nations (post-Empire) cannot peacefully coexist. To that point, I ask the question of, “Why not?” As Southerners, we were never given the chance to peacefully exist alongside the Union. From day one, the antagonistic Yankee plotted and worked in all manner of ways to force the South back into it – to absorb Dixie into the American Empire. How can one assume separate regional nations, of a former America, could not exist, separately and peacefully, when it was never given a chance?

We are seeing the divides form with the passing of legislation in the South that comes from the fundamental differences between us and the other regions of the Empire. Consequently, only one clean conclusion can be arrived at when viewing such increasing maligned differences – secession is necessary and just. So long as Dixie is forced, either through subversion, threat of violence or threat of punishment, to remain part of the Empire, these fractures will continue and become more apparent.

The Confederate States, while being somewhat different, was similar to the Old Republic. Our Confederate ancestors believed in a constitutional republic, despite having different ideas on how to maintain a republic. This is generally shared by many modern Confederates today. We believe that Dixie is a Christian nation, which respects God’s laws for man. We believe one should not have to press 1 for English because Dixie is an English-speaking nation. In Dixie, we believe our people should be armed and there be no restrictions on that, as was originally intended. We believe, most importantly, that in order to preserve our heritage, our rights, our freedom, our history and our people, that it is the best course of action to simply walk away from the American Empire. The Empire has strayed so far from its original values and intent, it no longer reflects the political entity which the Founding Fathers envisioned. We don’t want to see your gay pride shoved in our faces and we don’t want to see it paraded around our streets in front of our children.

We are the forgotten silent majority. For a free future, secession is the only way forward.

God bless you and God bless Dixie.

  1. God bless the content creators and cultural influencers here at Identity Dixie. Servants of Lord Christ are shunned in public and Whites are in such a state of disastrous mental health that they are convinced of their own evil anytime their own foolhardy empathy gets them bit. I used to think the South was ignorant, but just like the Lord she worships, she is a forgiving thing, and the beauty of our culture and history is something that has warmed my heart to be raised in. Whether we win or lose in this struggle, there are brothers out there who would fight for this – and God will be gloried in the end. That’s enough for me, I hope its enough for y’all.

  2. “Why not?” … How can one assume separate regional nations, of a former America, could not exist, separately and peacefully, when it was never given a chance?

Good question. Let me ask you this: What makes you think it would be given a chance now?

  3. For those interested in reading a sort of magnum opus on American regionalism and federalism/centralization check out “American Regionalism-A Cultural-Historical Approach to National Integration” (1938) by Howard Odum. You can find it on archive.org. He posits that the West, North and South can be each broken down into two regions. West Coast, Interior West, Southwest, Southeast, Northeast, Midwest. Obviously there is overlap in the border regions, for instance, West Virginia seems to be Midwestern, Northeastern and southeastern but he grouped it with the Northeast because it fit more of their indices. The general point though is that through the course of our history and expansion there have generally been three major cultures: Northern, Southern, Western. Of course, since 1938 many things have changed. Mass communications have united people from Washington State and people from Alabama and people from Vermont like never before. Any college campus you go to in this empire, you will see the same people: degenerate, party animals. All that changes is the accent.
