The past decade of the alternative media has been a ride, one which at times has been rather harrowing. In the true dissident lane, what it’s not is a job or a grift. If you’re speaking truth to power, it cuts off your ability to conduct financial transactions. You can produce content and do your best to stay on the internet but you’re not going to earn a living in the process. By 2019, just staying on the internet became really tough for us.
Even if you’re merely on the wrong side of power, this happens in America. Some of Trump’s family members were de-banked following his first presidency and even the Jew who owned the Washington Redskins found himself unable to operate an NFL franchise once the name became a target.
It’s impossible to tell the whole truth and stay afloat financially, but if you limit yourself to some truth, you can score big in the supplement game. That’s how entities to the right of Fox News but not all the way over on our wavelength can generate serious revenue. They’re usually selling something with a spurious claim about increasing your vitality or mental acuity. There’s no legal requirement for any of it to be legitimate.
Another business model is based on Zionist and libertarian billionaire patronage, which is why producers of content on the mainstream Right can earn themselves six figures every year for stuff which angers readers to the extent anyone reads it at all. There’s no market for this shit, but one could develop the mistaken impression because it’s out there and people are being paid handsomely to shovel it into the digital void.
In the heady nascent days of the modern Dissident Right, it was really fun to mock and troll these hacks who served as a fake conservative zeitgeist and the arbiters of acceptable conservative opinion. This eventually got boring, and the reality was that their illusion of relevance was maintained because they received lavish funding from patrons but had no actual audience which could sustain a team of writers as if they were salaried white-collar professionals.
A feature long noted is that what they’d endorse as acceptable always moved to align with whatever new insanity was being pushed by the Left. For example, I just went to the flagship publication National Review and the article at the top of the page was: I Joined the Trans Academy. Subheading: Where if you were ‘born in the wrong body’ you can try out a new one… Trump was just re-elected over outrage about trannies and this fresh conservative take is bringing in readers? We haven’t even bothered to mock them since maybe 2017.
National Review attempts to get readers to make accounts in order to read articles. This is partially to impede trolling and criticism, which in those aforementioned heady days vexed them so much they had to shut down their comment sections altogether. The other purpose is to give someone the false impression that readers are why the publication exists.
As it turns out, Politico was doing the same thing except that it was being funded by the federal government under the absurd premise that tens of millions of dollars in POLITICO Pro subscriptions were purchased for employees of government agencies “because it makes them better at their jobs”. I laughed out loud at this one.
The growing USAID scandal has blown the lid on how the popularity of the mainstream media is illusory as well. Immediately after it happened, Politico failed to make payroll. Just a bizarre coincidence, we can be assured. However, it’s curious that this shutdown has hit similar European outlets like a tsunami:
Nothing that the Gay American Empire pushes is genuinely popular with sane, healthy people. Here at Identity Dixie, this has always been our contention about the South. The notion that the South is evil and that America was demanding it be erased as our collective morality matured remains totally absurd. The push to have everything swept away had to be conjured out of basically nowhere because the popular sentiment didn’t exist since there was nothing evil about us.
Mass outrage was astroturfed in the media and then blacks (who didn’t care about Confederate statues or names) and deranged leftists were weaponized to convert this fake popular demand into physical action that intimidated normal citizens. This model of what happened isn’t even unique to our situation.
The same apparatus has been practicing it in Europe as well. Sodomy parades and turning children into trannies aren’t organic national desires that simply arise as history’s long arc bends towards justice. Likewise, having cheap oil and natural gas cut off so that your country can be flooded with migrants and drafted into a war against Russia doesn’t appeal to a general public as there’s no logical reason for this sort of change.
The good news is that we’re at least watching this apparatus be exposed just as its efforts have been failing. Here in America, they finally had to let Trump win because the backlash would’ve been too difficult to contain a second time. He promptly went on the offensive against USAID without telegraphing his intentions. This is quite impressive for Trump, especially since it played a role in undermining his previous administration. I feel that it’s rather encouraging.
In Romania, the results of a national election were invalidated because voters rejected its agenda. This was done on the grounds of foreign interference from Russia. Objectively this is quite amazing, and the hypocrisy is astounding. The primary international targets of the apparatus, Russia and China, figured out how it operates and banned its cancer cells years ago before they could metastasize.
In other far less powerful nations such as Serbia, Slovakia, and Georgia, it has also been able to stir up massive trouble but at least it has been immediately identified as the culprit. That’s a really significant development and a lesson that had to be learned the hard way.
For instance, I’ve always considered myself far less credulous than a mainstream consumer, but I watched a color revolution unfold firsthand during a business trip to Taipei in 2014 and didn’t even realize how it had been brought to fruition, or by who, until around six years later. These days, I know immediately what’s behind the trouble that pops up in a particular country whose populace is being recalcitrant about the Gay American Empire’s agenda.
Trump’s blow against USAID is a victory for the truth. Enjoy those where you can. In the meantime, I was photographed speeding on a traffic camera and this article isn’t going to pay for the ticket so I’m getting back to my grind. America takes financial bites out of your ass every day and I haven’t even filed taxes yet.
