How to “Reform” the FBI

Before we begin, let me be very clear: I do not believe the Federal Bureau of Investigations can be reformed. I think it is a diabolical, anti-American agency comprised of traitors to the Constitution – full stop. There are no “good” FBI agents. They are all bad. If there were any “good” FBI agents, they would have protected the 2016 will of the people from the “bad” agents who sought to undermine the elected president of the United States. Whistleblowers would have blown up the airwaves from within. Instead, the FBI protected agents who weaponized counterterrorism tools to subvert the will of the American citizenry. The agency needs to be dismantled. While I believe that is possible, it is highly unlikely. The following article, therefore, shares some ideas that the Trump Administration should consider as a means to – at a minimum – devastate the FBI’s more odious elements.

Of course, much of this is predicated on the idea that Trump really wants to eliminate or reform the FBI. I remain skeptical about Trump and his capacity, if not his actual intentions. A tiger never changes its stripes. From 2017 – 2021, Trump showed he is not that familiar with policy, bureaucratic management, or even cared to learn about the nuances of government. For those of us who watched the military lurch far left in 2012 and warned about the DOD, it was painfully frustrating to watch Trump continually select career military men – generals – for important positions of power. I do not believe that character flaw was fixed in four years.

Additionally, I do not have a lot of confidence in Hindu “patriots.” Mr. Patel, like Vivek Ramaswamy, may say a lot of things with which we agree, but at the end of the day, Indian supremacism is just as real a gravitational pull as Jewish supremacism. This was evident by Ramaswamy’s support and rhetorical defense of H-1B visas. I suspect that Kash Patel holds similar beliefs. Even if he is not anti-White, I am weary of a Hindu “savior.”

Still, the following is based on my belief that Trump has a real opportunity to greatly weaken, if not finally eliminate the FBI – which is the Praetorian Guard of the most vile government in world history. There never has been a more demonic government than the one found in 21st Century Washington, D.C. Not even Stalin sought the chemical castration of his national children. From the state sanctioned Covid murders to the torture of peaceful J6 political protesters, the U.S. government is evil. It is the world’s cancer, and the FBI ensures its continuation. If we want to clean house in DC, the FBI needs to go first. Here is how to do it.

Step One: Immediately pull ALL former Administration Security Clearances

If for no other reason than his own political protection, Trump should pull the security clearances of all previous administration officials. This is entirely within the scope of presidential power. Trump can do this within minutes of entering the White House and it cannot be reversed by Congress or a court.

If you want to crush the FBI’s ability to lead public narratives, you need to eliminate its allies from outside of the White House. This is crucial. Why? The Russia Collusion Hoax is such an example.

The Russia Collusion Hoax that harmed Trump from 2017 – 2021, was largely designed by FBI agents working in conjunction with establishment operatives (Democrat and Republican) to manipulate the FISA Courts through the exploitation of media-driven circular narratives. In effect, both Bush and Obama administration officials became the “anonymous” sources (i.e., mouthpieces) of information shared by active FBI agents seeking to undermine Trump’s pro-American policies. Their security clearances granted them a protection from prosecution that someone like the unfairly targeted Julian Assange never had.

If you pull security clearances, internal agents who share information with anti-Trump actors outside of government can be vigorously prosecuted. At worst, it is a misdemeanor to share information on a project with someone who has a security clearance. In fact, in most cases, while unethical, it is not illegal. The same cannot be said with sharing classified information with someone who does not have a security clearance. It becomes a prosecutable felony. If you want to stop leaks, pull the clearances and then aggressively prosecute and imprison leakers. The FBI is ground zero for such leaks because they enjoy a broad range of operational privilege. They can investigate anyone and anything at any time. Trump cannot immediately pull that operational power, but he can make it so that the information they do find, simply dies on the vine – or in a prison cell.

Step Two: Crush every internal enemy who still works in the FBI by the power of “deployment”

The President has the right to deploy federal executive assets as he deems fit. It is a unique privilege. It is time for Trump to use that power.

Trump, with Patel, can and should find the most obtuse, remote American-controlled locations in the world and send every FBI agent that was involved with the raid on Mar-a-Lago, the arrest of Mark Houck, the 2016 Russia Hoax, and a variety of other anti-American activities to those locations “for national security reasons.” I would personally walk each agent into the office of the President and explain that they now have a four-year assignment at Dease Inlet, Alaska, or Namu Island of the Marshall Islands to investigate fishing crimes. Set conditions that are nearly impossible to achieve – such as a quantitative report on fishing crimes every four hours. Hit their internal reviews for failures to issue those reports on time. Make the work so painful and obscure, that every FBI agent knows that they are being punished without actually saying they are punished.

To ensure these agents do not become emboldened or stick it out, ensure those marginalized agents do not have the right to bring their families. Ensure they do not get a COLA increase. Ensure those agents do not get assigned together. Spread them far and wide. When they leave the FBI, pull their security clearances immediately. Let them struggle at Walmart instead of landing cushy, six figure jobs in Northern Virginia. Break their spirit and make sure everyone sees you break their spirit. Loudoun County needs plenty of stockboys.

Step Three: Parcel Out the Divisions

If you want to dismantle the FBI, you need to exploit Washington’s greatest weakness: the bureaucratic lust for power. The FBI is not our only problem, but it is the first problem. Use the greed of other agencies to cannibalize the FBI.

The best way to do this is to parcel out divisions to other agencies or departments whose natural role is a good fit for a broader restructuring of the agency. Send Counterterrorism to the Department of Homeland Security. Send the failing Organized Crime/Drugs division to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (to CBP, as well). Send the Foreign Counterintelligence Division to the Defense Intelligence Agency or the CIA (two agencies that purposely do not have domestic mandates). Send the Financial Crimes Division to the Treasury Department. Send the Civil Rights Division to the Department of Labor. Send Applicant Matters to the U.S. Department of Commerce. In effect, gut the agency by sending their divisions to other agencies that would LOVE to have these resources in house, but have no love for the FBI. Keep the Division of Violent Crimes and Major Offenses – which is really the original goal of the FBI, anyway.

After those divisions are parceled out, defund them. Do not ask for additional funding to support the departments that acquire those divisions. With constrained budgets, those departments will prioritize their own over the new faces they inherited from the FBI.

Again, none of this would require Congressional approval and it cannot be questioned in the courts. The president would not be eliminating the Congressionally mandated FBI. The president would simply be reorganizing the agency for the good of the American people. By the time the agency is dissected, it would be too late to regain power in the future.

Step Four: Impose passing a nearly impossible Civic Knowledge Exam on all government employees

The president cannot arbitrarily gut agencies due to current legally binding labor agreements and Congressional mandates. He can, however, set the conditions necessary to remain employed by those agencies. It is time to give every government official a mandatory “American Civic Knowledge Exam.” Make it extremely hard and give a limited time to study and pass the test to remain employed.

Such an exam would immediately impact the quantity of DEI candidates who simply are unqualified to work at a Publix cash register, let alone have access to transnational budgetary allocations. To appear “fair,” the president can provide an opportunity to retake the exam before termination for failing said exam a second time. Many federal employees would be forced to leave after failing the exam twice.

More importantly, those who pass the exam might actually learn something about the Constitutional Republic they have betrayed. The remaining FBI agents would have to understand that we have rights as American citizens – even if they do not like those rights. Freedoms of speech and religion, two rights that the FBI most aggressively crushed in the past decade (and longer) are examples of those rights and should be a primary focus of any Civic Knowledge Exam. I would love to see the shock on an FBI agent’s face when he learns the Fourth Amendment is not just a suggestion.

Step Five: Use Congressional greed to scatter them everywhere

The final step that Trump could do is something discussed for years, but no one ever seems to do it: send the entire federal government – what remains of it – to various cities throughout the country to reduce their political power in Washington, D.C. Send the U.S. Department of Agriculture to Cedar Falls, Iowa. Send the Department of Labor to Detroit, Michigan. The greatly reduced FBI would no longer have a headquarters in or near DC. It would have a small section within the Department of Justice to carry out coordination among the various state operations it would oversee.

Each state has an FBI building. That is the only place the FBI should be. Rather than a headquarters that places them close to political power, deprive them of access to the power source. Use allied congressional actors to assist the president. No one loves to bring federal jobs back to the states like a congressman. The pay-off of a new HQ in Iowa or Idaho would be impossible to turn down.

Again, much of this is within the power of the presidency, but it would require Congressional funding for new buildings, relocation assistance, and severance packages. Treasury Department employees who turn down the opportunity to move to Salt Lake City, for example, would be given a severance package and the best of luck. Such a move would not only reduce the federal government, but it would offer new jobs and perspectives to people around the United States.

The one thing I do not want are federal offices relocated to the South. It would be impossible to remove those ticks when we finally secede. Let’s keep them up north at an arm’s length.

In conclusion, Trump needs to gut the FBI and destroy it if he ever wants to achieve his political goals. Implementing the reforms I laid out will keep federal actors preoccupied. It would certainly send the remaining federal rats into survival mode. Everything hinges on how Trump and Patel manage and disrupt the FBI. Every agent is an enemy of the people, and they will do everything in their power to harm Americans. The blueprint I put forth should – at a minimum – slow their roll.

Of course, to be honest, I think the United States is dead and there is not much Trump can do beyond spraying perfume on the decomposing Constitutional Republic. The murderers of that American dream are the myriad of bad actors in the federal government – led or protected by the FBI. It is time to at least hold them accountable.

  1. Given that both they and the CIA in all likelihood have the means to kill–hell, back in the late ’40s the CIA hired the magician John Mulholland to teach them how to secretely poison people–and make it look like a natural death, especially for someone Trump’s age, how would he stop them from simply offing him once he starts the process (and thus also sends a warning to Vance: don’t f%ck with us or meet the same fate!)? I would think that even if the CIA considers the FBI rivals they would do anything to stop the process for fear that they will be next.

  2. I’m impressed with how you’ve thought this out and thought through measures which might actually be effective if the appearances of how the system and its cast of players works squared with the reality. The reality is that the governments of the Western Powers have been occupied and co-opted for quite some time now. Even an arch-liar like FDR acknowledged this in a private communication in 1933:

“The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson — and I am not wholly excepting the Administration of Woodrow Wilson. The country is going through a repetition of Jackson’s fight with the Bank of the United States — only on a far bigger and broader basis.”

‘Letter of FDR to Col. House, Nov. 21, 1933.’
